２０１５年１月１１日。

この日はルビーとルビーのママが

初めて出会った日。

Ruby's mom was thinking about adapting the shelter dog.She already had her favourite but the timing was not good between this dog and mommy. When mom was ready to welcome the dog, the dog was already went for trial with the family who wanted to adapt her.

ルビーのママはね、

本当は保護犬の里親になろうと思って

２０１４年の春から

ずっと気になるヨーキーがいて

譲渡会には毎回顔を出していたんだって。

だけどね、

仕事も落ち着いて

犬を迎え入れる準備ができた時

その子はすでに

トライアル中だったんだって。

Since mommy was ready to have the dog,she had been checking the pet shop.

She could not meet any but just when she checked the website to see all other dogs from other branches, she found me.

ママはおうちにワンチャンを迎え入れようと思っていたから、近所のペットショップを覗いていたんだって。

そこでは運命を感じる子と出会えなかったんだけど、他の店舗の子をネットで見てみたら、気になる仔がいたんだって！

So Mommy made a phone call and they sent the latest pictures of me.

ママはねお店に電話して

その仔の写真を送って貰ったの。

Ta-da!!!

じゃんっ！

Mommy thought I look like ...

not like super cute but very charming.

ママはね、

う〜ん、すっごい美人じゃないけど

愛くるしいって思ったんだって。

ほんとは

売れないホストみたいって

思ったらしいけどねっ。ぶー。

Mommy asked the shop staff to transfer the dog to nearby shop.

ママは一度会ってみたくて

近所のお店に連れてきてもらったんだって。

On the day at 19:00 

We met for the very first time.

この日の夜7時

ルビーとママは初めて会ったよ！

I was very nervous.

ルビーはね

すごく緊張していたんだよ。

Because I have experienced meeting with human many many times.

But no one wanted me... 

今までいっぱい

色んな家族とお見合いしたの。

みんなカワイイって言うのにね、

だけど誰も家族になれなかったから。

I was already past 6 months.

And I knew human like younger puppies.

ルビーは６ヶ月を過ぎていたし

若いパピーが人気なのも知ってたんだ。

But this human seemed interested in me.

だけどね

この時の人は

ルビーの事

カワイイっていっぱい言ってたの。

She said she wants to think for few days and went home.

何日間か考えたいって言って

その日はおうちに帰っていったよ。
